Adams Heritage offers a variety of engaging activities as well as social and recreational opportunities.
Every day (including evenings and weekends) we offer a full calendar of events and activities. Attendance is up to the individual – each resident controls his or her daily schedule.
Adams Health Summer Celebration
Join us for a Summer Celebration with Adams Health featuring musical performances by the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Patriotic Pops. Festivities include live performances, food trucks and more! Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs.

Adams Health Network Foundation Golf Classic
Come join us for our 11th Annual Adams Health Network Foundation Golf Classic at the beautiful Wabash Valley Golf Club in Geneva, IN. Wabash Valley is an 18-hole course that spans 6,375 yards, featuring well-groomed fairways, undulating greens, and picturesque views. A well-maintained course with several risk reward holes awaits, challenging each golfer’s skill level and ability.
